Who we are
Stoner Physics LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming. The studio designs, develops, publishes, and maintains software applications for consumers and developers, distributed through Google Play and directly from this website.
The studio is one person. Every application is designed, written, tested, and supported by the same developer, so the reply to a support email comes from someone who can go fix the thing.
What we work on
Two lines of work, one method. The instruments cover horizontal directional drilling, navigation, and long-range shooting (the drilling and shooting instruments are coming soon) — domains where an approximate answer is worse than none, and where the work happens well outside cell coverage. The games, both still in development, are simulations built on the same method.
The method is the reason the company is called what it is: every mechanic and every reading is derived from a physical model. Velocity comes from integrating forces. Constants are material properties, physical constants, or real geometry — never a number chosen because it felt right. Outcomes are read from force histories rather than decided at thresholds, which means a survivable landing speed or a strike risk emerges from the model instead of being written into it.

How the products are sold
- One-time purchase. No subscriptions and no recurring charges. Where an app is ad-supported, removing the ads is a single payment.
- No account required. The applications work without registration, sign-in, or a server to call home to.
- Personal data is not sold. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Each application ships with a plain-language privacy policy stating exactly what it handles and why.
- Published apps stay maintained. Security and platform-compatibility updates continue for as long as an application remains available.
