Inkay evolution
Pokémon GO has no evolution levels: a Pokémon evolves when you spend Candy on it (sometimes with an item or a task), at any level.
Inkay evolves into Malamar for 50 Inkay Candy; you also need to evolve it while holding your phone upside down.
