Shelmet evolution
Pokémon GO has no evolution levels: a Pokémon evolves when you spend Candy on it (sometimes with an item or a task), at any level.
Shelmet evolves into Accelgor for 200 Shelmet Candy. It costs no Candy if it came to you in a trade.
